Mr. Georges is a Lawyer and Legal Consultant with more than thirty years of professional experience in legal practice. He began his legal career in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1994 after joining the Beirut Bar Association, where he established and managed his own law office. In 2001, he continued his legal career in the United Arab Emirates, joining several of the most well-known law firms in Dubai.
Biography
Mr. Georges is one of the Senior Partners and a founding member of the firm, currently serving as its General Manager. He is widely recognized for his efficiency, leadership, and extensive legal expertise in handling complex litigation before courts of different types and levels. His experience covers a broad spectrum of legal matters, including civil, commercial, maritime, real estate, labor, banking, insurance, Sharia, trademarks, and intellectual property disputes.
He also has substantial experience in arbitration and regularly participates in arbitration proceedings, contributing to the preparation of legal arguments and defense strategies in complex arbitration cases in both Lebanon and the UAE. In addition, Mr. Georges is highly skilled in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts and agreements, particularly commercial contracts, ensuring that clients achieve the most favorable legal outcomes.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Law from Beirut University. He is registered with the Beirut Bar Association and is a member of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). With approximately 25 years of legal experience in the UAE and more than 33 years of overall legal practice, Mr. Georges provides strategic legal advice and leadership across a wide range of legal fields.
