Georges is one of the Senior Partners and a founding member of the firm, currently serving as its General Manager. He is widely recognized for his efficiency, leadership, and extensive legal expertise in handling complex litigation before courts of different types and levels. His experience covers a broad spectrum of legal matters, including civil, commercial, maritime, real estate, labor, banking, insurance, Sharia, trademarks, and intellectual property disputes. He also has substantial experience in arbitration and regularly participates in arbitration proceedings, contributing to the preparation of legal arguments and defense strategies in complex arbitration cases in both Lebanon and the UAE. In addition, Mr. Georges is highly skilled in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts and agreements, particularly commercial contracts, ensuring that clients achieve the most favorable legal outcomes.
