Mr. Hassan is a seasoned legal consultant with over 27 years of professional experience in legal practice. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1999 and began his career in Egypt, where he practiced law for seven years and managed his own law office. He later continued his professional career in the United Arab Emirates, where he has been working for over 20 years, gaining extensive experience in litigation and legal consultancy.
Biography
Throughout his career, Mr. Hassan has developed broad practical expertise in preparing case declarations, legal pleadings, and drafting various legal memoranda before courts of all types and levels in the UAE. His work covers civil, commercial, criminal, personal status, labor, and real estate cases
He also handles insurance and compensation claims, as well as cases involving the appointment of receivers and liquidators. In addition, he represents clients before court-appointed experts, working closely with them to achieve the most favorable legal outcomes. Mr. Hassan is also highly experienced in drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts and legal agreements according to clients’ needs
